How is KeyBlock different from Apple’s Screen Time?

Screen Time limits are easy to bypass — tap “skip” and you’re back in. KeyBlock creates physical separation, requiring a rescan to exit, which reinforces intention and keeps temptation out of reach.

Can’t I just delete the app or find a workaround?

We’ve been there too, which is why we built KeyBlock with Strict Mode to close the loopholes and prevent deleting the app or changing settings to unlock.

Does KeyBlock ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide and fulfill locally from the United States, UK, Australia, Netherlands, and Canada. Most countries have duties and taxes calculated and prepaid at checkout. If you don’t see them listed, you may need to pay import taxes, customs, or fees upon delivery.

Is my phone compatible with KeyBlock?

KeyBlock works with iPhones running iOS 17.0 or later.

What can I block with KeyBlock?

You can block any iPhone app (except Phone, per Apple policy) and selected Safari sites from Apple’s approved list. With KeyBlock you can create up to 10 custom modes — work, family, sleep, gym, and more.

What happens if I lose my KeyBlock?

Accidents happen — so we offer five Emergency Unlocks in the app that will automatically unblock all apps.

Do you track which apps I block?

No — all blocking information is stored locally on your phone. We can’t see or access your block lists.

How do I use KeyBlock on my phone without the device?

Simply hold down on the virtual KeyBlock on the app’s homepage for 4 seconds to enable KeyBlock from anywhere. You will still need the physical device to unlock. For more detail, see our Help Center.
